Turning stone casino verona

Overall, it was the worst experience we have ever had in a casino, especially at a low stakes table. Despite playing at a low stakes table for enjoyment (where the table chatter between players and dealers is usually light-hearted), every dealer we had over two nights had a miserable attitude, barely spoke to any of the players other than a word here or there their mood managed to bring the overall 'table mood' to rock bottom. The casino floor was understandably loud, we mostly played table games. The pillows were terrible, flattening out as soon as you put your head down. The blanket was one of those cheap 'velor' things and both it and the sheets were small, they seemed more like a queen size than a king.

The bed was comfortable but the top sheet was on upside-down so the tag was in my face. We were disappointed that we were not able to have housekeeping service without specifically having to ask, especially with the steep room rate we paid. The bathroom was spacious and bright, as was the shower. The room design was quite nice with a beautiful view of the distant hills (and, of course, the golf courses).

We were in a corner king bed room on the 19th floor of The Tower.
